Nisa stores makes a difference to youngsters

Published on 17 October 2014

Two Nisa Local stores in Offmore and Habberley have generously donated a fantastic £1,000 to a local primary school.

The money was raised through Nisa’s Making A Difference Locally, where customers purchase specific products in store and the money goes into a pot to be donated to a charity or good cause.

The funds will go towards Offmore Primary School’s new equipment in order to improve the schools facilities and to encourage a more proactive education.

Jordha Sanghera, owner of the two stores on Tennyson Way and Canterbury Road, said: “We donate regularly to the community and I am delighted that Offmore primary is this year’s beneficiary because youngsters are our future generation. It’s especially important to give something back to our customers who support us.

“I hope our customers will continue to support the scheme by buying our special Making a difference' products so we can continue to make a difference to our local communities.”
