Goxhill Brownies has benefited from a MADL donation to help towards new camping equipment

Published on 14 January 2016

The 1st Goxhill Brownies has benefited from the donation of £300 towards new camping equipment for the club.

Every year, staff at the Scunthorpe head office donate to a wide variety of causes through Nisa’s Making a Difference Locally (MADL) charity, such as sports clubs, schools and charities.

Anne Lawtey, QA Assistant at Nisa used her staff donation to benefit her local Brownies group and visited them to present the MADL cheque to Brownie Guiders Sarah Bruce and Jan MacLeod.

Anne said of her donation: “The girls were very excited at the prospect of some new camping equipment which means they can go on more expeditions!”

To support the work of Making a Difference Locally and help even more good causes across the UK, visit your local Nisa branch and look out for Heritage products and Making a Difference Locally promotions in-store.
